Swim Lesson Policies

A parent or guardian must be in the facility during their child's swim lesson time.
Instructors reserve the right to move participants to a different level if the one in which the participant is enrolled is inappropriate. If no appropriate level class is available, participants will be given a credit.
If necessary the instructor may combine classes in similar levels as long as the instructor/student ratio is not exceeded.
Prior to the start of the session, if there are 3 empty spaces in the class, that class may be canceled. Should this occur participants in this class will be transferred into another class of the same level at a different time. If no class is available, a refund or credit will be issued.
Payment is required to reserve a space in the class.
Refunds will be given up to three days prior to the beginning of a session.
After the session begins, no refunds will be granted.
Our class and fee structures do not allow makeup classes.
All classes are 30 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers.
For maximum learning potential, comfort, and success of the program, participants wishing to register in any class other than the beginning level classes (Pike, Polliwog) must present a skill evaluation form from the previous instructor, or written evaluation from a instructor following a swim lesson level evaluation.
